In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Wellington North Power office is closed to the general public and visitors until further notice.
We will maintain our commitment to serving our community and customers through the following options:

Customers can also access CustomerConnect to:

  • View Current and Historical Bills
  • View Historical Electric and Water Usage
  • Sign up for Paper-less Billing

Payments can be made:

  • Signing up for Pre-Authorized Payments
  • Online & Telephone bank payments
  • Paymentus online or call Paymentus directly at 1 (877) 812-7650
  • Cheques via our 24 hour drop box located at our office 290 Queen Street West in Mount Forest or our drop box at Post Office in Arthur.
  • Cheques via mail.
