Customer Choice – TOU or Tier or ULO

If you’re a residential or small business customer, you can choose to switch between Time-of-Use (TOU) and Tiered prices or Ultra-Low Overnight price plan.

If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required.

To switch from TOU to Tiered prices or Ultra-Low Overnight price plan, you must notify Wellington North Power Inc. by completing an election form. There is no deadline – you can ask to switch at any time.

Please complete and submit the attached Election Form.

Important:
All fields must be completed for WNP to accept your request – partially completed forms will not be accepted and returned for further information to be completed.

If you are with an energy retailer, you cannot switch to Tiered pricing or Ultra-Low Overnight price plan.

Please download and complete the applicable Connection Agreement PDF below. You may complete it onscreen then print it, or print the form and complete by hand. Please note that Wellington North Power Inc. must have this before the date you take responsibility.
