Introducing the new MyWNP Account Portal

On Thursday July 25, 2024, we launched “MyWNP Account Portal” – an on-line portal providing you with flexibility and convenience to view your bills, review your usage, make updates to your account information, switch your price plan and much more! MyWNP will replace CustomerConnect.

For CustomerConnect users, you will have received an email from us with instructions to reset your password to gain access to your account in the new portal.

Here are some important items to note:

  • Please remove any bookmarks that link to the CustomerConnect login page and/or web pages within your account.
  • You will no longer have the option to use a ‘username’ to login; instead, please use the email associated with your account.
  • Preferences for paperless billing or pre-authorized payments will not be affected. Simply log in to view your bill.
  • MyWNP is Green Button compliant. You can download energy usage data into an XML file.
