Postal Delays – Be Prepared
Canada Post to restart operations on December 17, 2024. Expect delivery delays of mail and parcels through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.
We encourage you to prepare for postal delays by:
Options for Receiving your Bill and Enquiring about your Account Balance:
- Register for MyWNP an on-line account portal where you can view your current account balance, payment history and detailed energy use online 24/7. Click here to register. In MyWNP, you can select e-billing to receive your hydro bill electronically. You will receive an e-mail notification with a summary of your bill and a link to view your bill on our secure website.
- Call our office at 519-323-1710 to obtain your current balance and due date.
Options for Paying your Bill:
Do not mail your payment during a strike or lockout.
- Sign-up for pre-authorized payments – have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Click here for details.
- You can pay your bill through most financial institutions or by Credit Card through our website at here or calling 1-877-812-7650.
- You can also make a payment at our secure drop box at our office at 290 Queen St W, Mount Forest.
Remember, it is your responsibility to pay your utility bill by the due date.
Prompt payment will avoid late payment fees or interest charges and collection activities during a postal strike or due to the postal delays.
