OEB Decision and Rate Order for Wellington North Power’s Distribution Rates – effective May 1, 2021.
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has issued its’ Decision and Rate Order for Wellington North Power Inc.’s distribution rates and other charges beginning May 1, 2021. As a result of the OEB’s Decision and Rate Order, it is estimated that:
– For a typical residential customer with a monthly consumption of 750 kWh, the total bill impact will be an increase of $5.21 per month before taxes or 3.4%.
– For a typical small business customer with a monthly consumption of 2,000 kWh, the total bill impact will be an increase of $8.62 per month before taxes or 2.2%.
Electricity rates and services are regulated by the OEB, an independent provincial government agency.
